Hi, i'm having huge problems connecting to the zone's server. i have all of the information correct i think, but when i come to connect, it says invalid user name or password, and does this every single time i try. then, it goes to server and says 0 items. could anyone help? thanks.
Kay I got the same thing that was months ago! I just gave up! That was on the old computer that had a microphone though!
you'll want to check, between the zone and your ventrilo that you've got all the information correct. remember that the zone's VT server password is case sensetive. it'll be listed in your account settings page, provided of course that you've got one written.
all the other info for the server is on the voice chat page.
thanks, i'm certain my password has no capitals at all. i've tried to bring this up with various c ls and admins, but nothing's been done or answered.

Blairwitch, just tried your username/password and it worked fine. So it is on your end, somewhere. I know password is case sensitive. username may be as well. Make sure your username matches your Zone BBS username exactly.
yeah, everything matches, so i honestly don't know what's going on my end. i just tried it again today. would it be my new user name, as in blairwitch, or would i have to still use the old one, sheelob?

ya. I think one of us would have to sit down with you and figure it out, as I used your info and logged in fine. What do you have in the other boxes? server name zonebbs.com, port 3784, etc.
